Account deletion
Delete your Runcaster account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, imported activities and routes, training plans, coach conversations and memories, share cards, and Garmin connection. This cannot be undone. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play and should be cancelled there — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
In the app (instant)
Open Runcaster → Profile tab → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
By email (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your Runcaster account and we will delete the account and all associated data, typically within 30 days. We may reply to confirm the request before deleting.

You can also remove specific data from Runcaster while keeping your account:
- Coach memories: In the app, open the Coach tab and tap the Memory button to view and delete any fact the coach has remembered about you. Deletion is immediate.
- Garmin connection: Disconnect Garmin from the Profile tab. We delete your Garmin OAuth tokens and registration immediately. Previously imported activities, training plans, and coach memories are kept (so your history survives a reconnect) but stop updating — request removal by email if you want those gone too.
- Pushed workouts: Workouts pushed to your Garmin watch can be removed from the Plan screen, which also deletes them from your Garmin Connect calendar.
- Anything else: Email kyle.lynch@runcaster.app from your account email describing the data you want removed (for example, specific activities or share cards) and we will delete it, typically within 30 days, without touching the rest of your account.
